2. Service Scope and Pricing

Our pricing structure is transparent and competitive for the Metro Manila market. Services are quoted based on square footage, frequency of cleaning, specific requirements, and location zones within our service area.

All quotes include cleaning supplies, equipment, and labor. Additional services such as carpet deep cleaning, window washing, or disinfection treatments are priced separately. Minimum service charge applies to all bookings.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Property Preparation

  • Clear access areas to be cleaned and secure valuable items
  • Provide adequate lighting and ventilation for cleaning areas
  • Inform us of any areas requiring special attention or delicate items

Customers must ensure properties are accessible and safe for our staff. We reserve the right to reschedule services if conditions pose safety concerns to our team members.

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking Requirements

  • 24-hour advance notice for standard services
  • 48-hour notice for specialized treatments
  • Minimum 2-hour service window
  • Contact information must be accurate

Cancellation Terms

  • Free cancellation up to 6 hours before service
  • 50% charge for cancellations within 6 hours
  • Full charge for same-day no-shows
  • Weather-related cancellations rescheduled at no cost

5. Quality Assurance and Satisfaction

Service Standards

If you're not satisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours. We'll arrange re-cleaning at no additional charge. Our commitment extends to making things right when expectations aren't met.

6. Liability and Insurance

PureHorizone Cleaning Services maintains comprehensive liability insurance covering our operations throughout Metro Manila. Our team members are fully insured with coverage extending to property damage and personal injury during service delivery.

We recommend customers verify insurance coverage for their specific needs and circumstances. Coverage limitations apply as outlined in our insurance policy documentation.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All website content, including text, images, logos, and service descriptions, is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce our materials without written permission.
